Lai, the Finance Director of Leo Paper Group, who is responsible

Through system upgrade from time to time, the group is leverage
FlexSystem Ultra Thin-client technology to accomplish the automation
project of financial and accounting workflow. King Lai said,
"When we were having the upgrade in 2001, the internet
broadband was not yet popular. The Ultra Thin-client technology
could overcome this issue by its data compression and encryption
algorithm, so that the performance of transmitting data by dial-up
9.6kps connection is as smooth and safe as LAN environment.
"We could see the significant improvement in the efficiency
of our internal network by this innovative technology. Data
across multiple locations is consolidated and updated to the
server in Hong Kong. By the broadband connection, real time
data is always available and we can obtain the most update operating
information for better management and sales performance."
King Lai explained.
Efficient reporting and analysis capabilities
Furthermore, the group has been using Financial Information ON-line
(FION) and Fixed Asset Management System. King Lai said, "We
have lot of factory facilities and require certain amount of
time. After using FlexSystem Fixed Asset Management System,
the calculation is automatically done thus shortening the processing
time. Besides, when it is integrated with FION, drill down and
in-depth analysis can be Obtained at anytime we want." |

Based on their regional requirements, the PRC factories and
