FlexSystem is staffed by around 350 staff and is one of the leading business software houses in Asia. Headquartered in Hong Kong with 8 additional offices in the region, we thrive in leveraging the latest technologies in order to bring added business value to our customers. We develop both packaged and specialist software applications, represent some global software brands and have a strong Systems Integration capability across multiple market sectors.

 

FlexSystem touches 1 in every 10 of the 2,000 customers on the Forbes 2000 list, 25% of companies within HKEX index and has helped an international base of private and public companies from over 42 countries to strive for business excellence across the world.

FlexSystem is flat structured like a start-up. We have more than fifteen autonomous regional commercial teams that leverage core FlexSystem technologies into specific vertical markets. We also have some central teams for R&D as well as R&D capability within specific teams; and create ad-hoc development teams / solution teams that come together for specific projects. This approach keeps the company nimble and able to respond quickly to market or underlying technology changes as well as absorbing large projects into the organization.

FlexSystem is a pioneer in leveraging technology to bring useful innovation to help our customers to achieve meaningful incremental changes within their business. Examples would be the launch of in-memory systems in 2011 and GPU based in-memory systems in 2013, the latter utilizing the multi-cores within a GPU to supercharge processing. In addition our US patent– pending Visualisation tool provides a visual exploratory tool to users with both innovations being designed to achieve ad-hoc or planned tasks quickly and easily. Everything we do is cloud ready, mobile enabled and our 5-tier FESA architecture provides a web service environment that supports HTML5 and Java.

 

Looking at each of the macro technology changes being Cloud, Mobile, Social, and Big Data, FlexSystem is innovating and pioneering in each of these areas in the context of what they mean to our business software users.

With over 35 years in the business sector, our application teams have detailed domain knowledge in business related software and System Integration know-how so that we are able to make systems work together across the enterprise.

Responsibilities :
  • Provide first level customer service and hotline support to customers via telephone and email
  • Perform trouble-shooting on systems
  • Logs all customer problem phone calls and emails
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements :
  • Diploma/Certificate or above in computer related subjects
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good attitude, hard working and willing to learn
  • Customer service experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities :
  • Work closely with team members to develop and test application systems according to system design documentations
  • Assist in project implementation, system testing, debugging & documentation
  • Develop prototype applications for system demonstration
Requirements :
  • Higher Diploma / University degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Good experience in C#.NET, ASP.NET, XML, HTML and RDBMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle
  • Experience in developing multi-tier applications is advantageous
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn
  • Good team player with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Basic knowledge in Programming and System Development Life Cycle
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Able to complete task at a timely manner
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

Requirements :
  • Degree in Computer Science, IS, Business or Commerce
  • Basic knowledge in Programming and System Development Life Cycle
  • Good team player, strong communication skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is advantageous
  • Competence in Chinese and English documentation
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently
  • With analytical mind and eager to learn
  • Able to complete task at a timely manner

Requirements :
  • 電腦相關專業畢業，大專以上學歷（學歷必須是國家承認的學歷，在學信網可查，學歷必須真實有效）
  • 有1年左右WEB開發經驗，熟悉JAVA、JSP，精通SSH框架，熟悉前端JS開發，能夠熟練運用 JQuery、Angular JS、 vue.js、Bootstrap 等前端開發框架
  • 熟悉 HTML、CSS、Ajax。 熟悉 MSSQL，MYSQL，ORACLE 中至少一種資料庫
  • 擅長編寫 SQL 存儲過程、觸發器、函數等。 熟悉 Grails 開發框架優先
  • 工作認真負責，積極性高
  • 具有較強的溝通能力及團隊合作精神
  • 有較強的英文文檔讀寫能力

Requirements :
  • 電腦軟體相關專業畢業，有1-2年或以上前端開發經驗
  • 熟練掌握HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, javascript, bootstrap, ajax, dom 等前端技術
  • 熟練應用angular, avalon 和vue.js等MVVM 前端框架中的一種或幾種
  • 能夠根據需求編寫相應的css, 能夠比較熟練地應用bootstrap
  • 熟悉回應式設計和自適應設計等前端技術
  • 有良好的編碼習慣，有較強的學習能力，對一些新出來的JS框架
  • 能夠通過讀文檔和看示例，快速應用框架編寫示例程式、通用元件等
  • 有開發過通用元件經驗者優先
  • 有移動端開發經驗，熟悉移動支付開發者優先

Responsibilities :
  • Conduct and monitor project implementation of ERP and SCM systems
  • Mapping client’s requirements with Financial, Procurement and Payment Systems
  • Provide quality assurances and UAT on developed software applications
  • Prepare pre-sales product demo and prepare GAP analysis report
Requirements :
  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or Business Admin or related subjects
  • Know-how in programming, database, networking or accounting is preferred
  • At least one year relevant project experience in ERP and SCM implementation
