FlexSystem’s corporate history began in 1987 with the first launch of FlexAccount, a product line that continued to evolve with versions like NV2 in 1996 and NV5 in 1998. A significant milestone was the adoption of object-oriented programming methodology in 1990, followed by establishing a main office in Shanghai and receiving product approval from the Shanghai Municipal Financial Bureau in 1997. The company achieved a major expansion in the early 2000s, becoming publicly listed on the HK GEM Board in 2000, and opening overseas branch offices in Taipei, Melbourne, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur in 2001.
