FlexSystem has a flat structure similar to that of a start-up. We have more than fifteen autonomous regional commercial teams that leverage core FlexSystem technologies in specific vertical markets. Additionally, we maintain central teams for R&D, as well as R&D capabilities within specific teams. We create ad-hoc development and solution teams that come together for specific projects. Consultant (Accounting Professional)
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in gathering and analyzing customer accounting and finance requirements by collaborating closely with client finance teams (Accountants, CFOs)
- Translate client accounting workflows, regulatory compliance, and reporting needs into detailed functional specifications for our development team
- Prepare proposals, solution designs, and cost estimates aligned with customer requirements and accounting standards
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and feasibility of accounting system solutions
- Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and solution presentations to build client confidence and ensure alignment
- Validate system deliverables against accounting principles, statutory regulations, and client business rules
- Stay current on Hong Kong accounting standards and best practices to continuously enhance the solution offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent) preferred
- Candidates with solid AUDITING experience are highly preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant compliance requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role in software or accounting systems is ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate a strong interest in a customer-facing consultant role, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to guide and advise customers based on leading accounting and industry best practices
- Critical thinker and problem solver with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn continuously
- Able to quickly learn new products, technologies, and accounting standards on the job to provide up-to-date solutions and recommendations.
Solution Consultant / Pre-Sales Consultant
Responsibilities
- Formulate AI and digital transformation solutions to address customer pain points
- Manage and grow key corporate accounts to drive revenue growth
- Plan and execute marketing events to identify new business opportunities
- Perform product demonstrations and prepare proposals for potential customers
- Coordinate internally to ensure successful implementation and customer support
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B account management experience in IT-related sectors
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and a passion for AI technologies

Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key corporate accounts, building strong, long-term client relationships
- Perform product demonstrations and presentations to address business needs like Accounting, HRMS, Finance Consolidation & Budgeting, ERP etc
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and convert leads for revenue growth and new business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth solution delivery, implementation, and client support
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional events for reaching new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Track sales pipeline, performance metrics, and forecasts using CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members to develop and test application systems according to system design documentations
- Assist in project implementation, system testing, debugging & documentation

Requirements
- Higher Diploma / University degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Good experience in C#.NET, ASP.NET, XML, HTML and RDBMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle

Responsibilities
- Conduct and monitor project implementation of ERP and SCM systems
- Mapping client’s requirements with Financial, Procurement and Payment Systems
- Provide quality assurances and UAT on developed software applications
- Prepare pre-sales product demo and prepare GAP analysis report
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or Business Admin or related subjects
- Know-how in programming, database, networking or accounting is preferred
- At least one year relevant project experience in ERP and SCM implementation
